Synopsis

Prince Noahkul, the first prince of the kingdom, was banished to the sea on a single raft because he possessed the ominous skill, "Recycle." The gloating minister and the second prince bestowed upon him a garbage-filled sea and the raft as his territory, but this was effectively a death sentence. Expected to dry up and die on the raft, Noahkul manages to survive by using his cursed skill, "Recycle." At the same time, other unfortunate people who were treated like garbage begin to gather around him... and gradually, Noahkul's maritime nation begins to prosper...? (Source: Coamix, translated)
